Yumi’s falafels (or rissole/burger/kofta)
Sweet potato
Kale
Zucchini
Broccoli
Rice
SERVING SIZE (FAMILY) | Suitable from 6mo
6mo+: Cut vegetables into finger shape, serve with a rissole/burger/kofta (falafel are a little small), squish rice with the back of a fork and form into fingers
9mo+/established on finger foods: Vegetables can be diced and cut falafel into bite sized pieces (quarters)
NOTE: Kale can be a really odd texture and flavor for infants and toddlers, hence why you may opt to instead serve other vegetables
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
Dice (or fingers) sweet potato and zucchini, toss in olive oil and garlic powder and roast for 30-40 minutes
Cook rice
Roughly chop kale and saute in curry powder (adults/older children)
Steam broccoli
Follow cooking directions on falafel packet
