roast chicken

1 whole chicken
2 tbs olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp rosemary (dried or fresh)
1 lemon
1 onion
SERVING SIZE 1 | Suitable from 6mo
6 mo/starting solids: Serve in finger length portions
9mo +: Serve shredded in bite sized pieces
Preheat oven to 200 deg Celsius
Place chicken on a cooling rack in an over dish
Coat in oil, garlic, salt and pepper
Sprinkle rosemary evenly over the top
Grate lemon zest over the bird and squirt juice of half a lemon
Peel onion and place in the cavity of the chicken
Roast for 80-90 minutes
