pork rissoles

500g pork mince

1/2 green apple, finely diced (or grated)

1/2 carrot, grated

1/2 brown onion, diced

1 spring onion, finely chopped

1 tbs parsley, finely chopped

2 tbs sweet chilli sauce

SERVING SIZE: 6-10 small rissoles | Suitable from 6mo

6mo: Serve in half or form into logs

9mo/well established on finger foods: Serve in bite sized pieces

Mix together and freeze in portions

When cooking, pan fry on a lower heat for approx. 5 minutes per side
