overnight oats

¼ cup oats (quinoa flakes)

¼ cup milk

¼ cup greek yoghurt

2 tsp chia seeds

¼ tsp vanilla

½ tbs honey/maple syrup (optional)

SERVING SIZE (1-2 SERVES) | Suitable from 6mo/starting solids

Mix together and set in fridge overnight

Top with fruit and nut butter
