cheesy kale chips

Bunch of curly kale

2 tbs coconut oil (or olive oil)

2 tsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt to taste

SERVING SIZE 1 bunch of kale | Suitable from 12mo

These are reflective of a hard meltable food - they are crispy, but will melt in the mouth, however, do require supervision

Preheat oven to 150 deg

Tear off pieces of kale and place into a bowl

Coat in oil and toss until well covered

Sprinkle on nutritional yeast and garlic powder and toss to cover

Season with salt

Place evenly on two baking trays in a single layer

Bake for 15 minutes

Allow to cool on tray, further crisping will occur
