bircher muesli

½ cup oats (quinoa flakes)

½ cup milk

¼ cup Greek yoghurt

½ apple, grated

2 tbs ground nuts and seeds

1 tsp honey or maple

½ tsp vanilla

SERVING SIZE (1-2 SERVES) | Suitable from 6mo/starting solids

Combine and set in fridge for at least 2hrs

When ready to eat, add small amounts of milk until desired consistency
