
I often get lots of questions about which flavoured yoghurt I think is best, so I thought I’d make create a product review.
I personally prefer offering plain Greek yoghurt to Franklin to encourage him to get use to the more tart flavour, and I like that it has no added ingredients.
However, many families prefer flavoured. The Tamar Valley range is fabulous - they have no added sugar, great range of flavours, come in both pouches and tubs, and added probiotics.
If we refer back to the article on how to read a nutrition label, we can make the following analysis:
Ingredients - minimal and no added sugar —> fabulous
Fat - 7.1g per 100g —> great
Sugar - 3.2g per 100g —> low
Sodium - 32mg per 100g —> very low
