There is often lots of pressure placed on parents to ensure their little one is at a certain weight, but no guidance on how best to increase this, in a really nutrient dense way.
These are the tips I use in my clinic with clients, and have seen excellent results with clients putting on 300-500g in a few short weeks. My personal favorite strategy is to use flaxseed or avocado oil as it is tasteless and able to be drizzled on anything and everything!
