fruit crumble

4 cups of fruit (mixed berries, sliced apple or pear)

4 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp vanilla

1 cup oats (quinoa or rice/quinoa flakes for GF)

½ cup almond flour

¼ cup coconut oil, melted or ¼ cup butter at room temp

2 tbs maple syrup (optional)

SERVING SIZE | Suitable from 6mo

6 mo/starting solids: The crumble can become a little crunchy, so I would recommend squishing the crumble into the fruit and forming a soft mash, then serve alongside or mixed into yoghurt

9mo +: Serve as above

12mo +: Your little one should be more confident eating crunchier foods now, so feel free to offer as is, pending your own judgement

Combine fruit, lemon juice and vanilla in an oven proof dish

Combine other ingredients in a bowl until a crumbly texture forms

Spread crumble mixture over a fruit

Place in oven at 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown
