chicken + apple rissoles

500g chicken mince

1/4 cup apple puree

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

1/2 cup quinoa flakes or breadcrumbs

2 tbs buckwheat flour

SERVING SIZE (10-12) | Suitable from 6mo/starting solids

6mo+: Serve whole or in halves

9mo+: Serve in bite sized pieces (not essential)

Combine ingredients in a bowl

Form into rissoles

Pan fry for a few minutes each side

NOTE: These are perfect for stocking your freezer - simply form into rissoles, place on a plate with baking paper and freeze. Once frozen, place into a snap lock bag
