chia jam

500g frozen strawberries (or any fruit)

1 tbs maple syrup

1 tsp lemon juice

3 tbs chia seeds

SERVING SIZE (1-2 SERVES) | Suitable from 6mo/starting solids

Add fruit, maple syrup and lemon juice to a pot over medium heat

Simmer for 5-10 minutes, breaking fruit apart with the spoon as you go

Remove from heat and blitz with an immersion blender until smooth

Add chia and stir to combine

Place into a jar in the fridge to set
