Vitasoy Greek Yoghurt is a dairy free, soy based yoghurt that really closely reflects cows milk based Greek yoghurts. It has a similar nutrition profile and perhaps best of all, is fortified with calcium. Perfect for those that choose to be vegetarian and vegan - it’s even fortified with vitamin b12.
It is currently available in Woolworths and comes in plain, vanilla and strawberry.
